Instructions (What to Prepare)

1. Define the Goal: Clearly state the purpose of the design (e.g., "I need a logo for a new coffee shop," or "I need a flyer to promote a weekend sale").

2. Know Your Assets: If you have existing brand elements (logo files, specific colors, fonts, or images), please have them ready to share.

 3. Determine Deliverables: Specify the final file types needed (e.g., web resolution JPG, print-ready PDF, vector source files).

 4. Provide Examples: It helps greatly if you can link to 1-3 designs you like or dislike to give us a visual reference for your style preference.

Our 4-Step Graphic Design Process

1. Submission: You complete and submit the Custom Graphic Request Form below with all your details and inspiration.

2. Consultation & Quote: We review your request, schedule a quick call if necessary, and send you a project proposal and quote based on the scope and estimated time.

3. Design & Feedback: Upon approval and receipt of a 50% deposit, our team creates initial concepts. We then work through 2-3 rounds of revisions based on your feedback.

4. Final Delivery: Once the design is approved, we collect the final payment and deliver all final high-resolution, professional files to you!
